Innovation Hive is a private non-profit organization located in Greece, specialized in the fields of research and innovation. Our actions aim to enhance the economic and social cohesion of
European societies while our goal is to find solutions to the new innovation challenges, achieve growth, sustainability and maximize the impact to the society. The organization’s philosophy in order to achieve these goals is based on co-creation methodologies and a quadruple helix approach. The engagement of stakeholders from industry, science and society is aiming to create links between the businesses, the academia and the civic actors to develop a combination of knowledge, skills, tools, values and motivation. The final goal is to make the difference in local societies and to succeed at the highest level the principles of social innovation concepts.
K&R Education Malmö AB
(Sweden)
K&R Education was established in 2010, with the vision, to strengthen peoples’ inner drive through education. K&R Education helps youth, young adults, and other businesses to develop through education and ongoing evaluation. K&R offers skills acquisition (competence training) within leadership and communication connected to the entrepreneurial approach and the curriculum. The education that they conduct the most is the process education, ”Coaching in an entrepreneurial school”. They connect the process training with additional tools to develop the pedagogical quality depending on the business need, for example, teaching as a goal-oriented process, language developing work, equal work and so on. K&R Education's entire work is based on a growth mindset. In their work with young adults, they conduct self-leadership training programs where young adults are trained in their entrepreneurial skills, such as self-esteem, self-confidence, initiative, etc. This is part of the EU 8 key competencies and the frameworks EntreComp and GreenComp.
GoINNO Institute
(Slovenia)
GoINNO Institute was founded in 2016 as a non-profit private organisation dedicated to science outreach, STEM, and entrepreneurship education. GoINNOs staff is dedicated to STEM projects, as well as guiding science days in elementary and secondary schools. GoINNO is also involved in the youth sector, collaborating on projects for entrepreneurial education for youth (age 18+), guiding workshops at youth centers and secondary and high schools for youth empowerment (age 15+) in the business area, and promoting health education through the use of modern technologies. They are implementing a project named Alex for reproductive health education of young adolescents about reproductive health, particularly Generation Z teenagers. In this way, they can help the next generation become more aware and prepared for the future of the technologically advanced world. The staff of GoINNO Institute has extensive experience in the organisation, coordination, and implementation of workshops for children in Slovenia and teachers from all over Europe.
Flamman social preventing centre Malmö

Flamman social preventing centre is a non-profit organization who consists of both meeting places devoted for youths and a social preventing centre. The organization
established 1997 in Malmö, Sweden. Within the social preventing centre, the organisation works with several projects who integrate different types of preventing
and strengthening work. Flammans values of democracy, equality and diversity are established in all their
efforts and their vision is to create opportunities related to young people's future, one step at a time. Flammans features is to create paths into the society, supply strength
to protective factors and minimize risk factors, empower youths to see opportunities and to focus on the positive perspective. Further on Flamman have an intersectional
and interdisciplinary approach and aim to constantly, in cooperation with public sector, business sector and civil society, power a positive social development with focus in youths. Flamman has been awarded with prizes as “the organization of the year” and a diversity- and integration prize.

Social Innovation Fund is non-governmental organisation, established in 1994 to assist people with fewer opportunities and disadvantaged backgrounds to make positive changes in their life through the provision of educational opportunities, social support, information and advice. One of the main areas of SIF’s activity is ensuring gender equality and equal opportunities for all
through education and innovations. Nowadays SIF is one of the leading Lithuanian NGO operating in
different spheres, such as women human rights, gender equality and equal opportunities,
encouraging diversity and promoting the social inclusion of disadvantaged groups of adults and
young people.
The other SIF’s areas of activity are dedicated for work with different socially disadvantaged groups:
long-term unemployed, migrants, disabled, single parents, youth, people in remote areas, women
survivors of domestic violence. SIF provides help and assistance to the low-skilled people having
fewer opportunities in the society and the labour market. It aims to foster their social inclusion,
employability and entrepreneurship through training, guiding, coaching services and dialogical
groups as well to contribute to their empowerment and building their capacities to be competent
and successful in the labour market.
The staff of SIF has a long term experience in coordinating and managing European and national
projects, developing training programs and working as trainers and facilitators with different groups
of adult and youth.
